May We Pray

The people came together to seek help from the Lord; indeed, they came from every town in Judah to seek him… “For the battle is not yours, but God’s!”

As Bruce has written, there is literally nothing we can do that is more productive or that will bring the fullness of “your kingdom come, your will be done,” than to pray.
Join us for May. . .We Pray! A week dedicated to prayer not only for The Gospel According to John but to also lift each other in prayer as well. We will not only be praying specifically for the fulfillment of John and the practical elements needed for that to happen - but we will also, as a community of believers, unite to pray for one another. Anonymously, we will share personal prayer requests during the 8 days of May. . .We Pray - and uphold each other across continents and cultures, denominations and languages.
Share your prayer via e-mail at the address below. Team John will post your prayers temporarily on the John site so that others may specifically pray for you. In order to protect your privacy, we will not reveal your name or place of residence, or any information through which you may be identified. You can e-mail your prayer requests to maywepray@gmail.com.
Click here to view and print the Prayer Agenda with specific prayer requests for specific days concerning John. If you have access to a printer, a printed copy would fold nicely into a neat, tri-fold which could be slipped into your Bible, briefcase, purse or backpack!
So join us, will you? Let us come together once again in a spirit of unity to pray and watch in amazement as we see the Lord’s power through corporate prayer when we come together in agreement! As we gather together, let us unite on our knees and lift our praises high for in May. . .We Pray! Glory to the name of Jesus!

P.S. Please add the dates of May 16-17, 2008 to the prayer calendar. Bruce and the executive producers will be involved in an intense round of face to face meetings and praying together for God’s perfect leading and open doors.
